Reported Local Incidents of Theft

Posted on 4 March 202014 April 2020 by Webmaster

Please be aware of recently reported local incidents of theft when lone people have been followed whilst shopping and their credit card skimmed while using their card , giving thieves access to the pin number.

To get hold of the credit card itself the thieves then follow the person to their car, tap on the window indicating a problem at the rear of the vehicle and when the owner gets out to inspect it an accomplice then steals the unattended credit card from the car.
