A Priority Services register is a confidential collection of customers that have specific communication, access or support needs, it allows us to identify which of our customers we need to tailor our communication for, for example to send their bills out in a large print, or in a specific type of Braille. Where applicable for customers on the priority services register we will look to deliver free water if there is a prolonged interruption to supply or notification is received for planned works to make sure they have enough water for drinking and cooking with until the supply is reinstated.
